What is the best way to make a reservation?
You can make a reservation by phone call or via our secure online reservation system on our website
How many B&B guests can you accommodate?
We can accommodate up to 4 guests in our Okanagan Suite and Wine Country Suite with 2 guests in our Lake Country Suite. Additional person fee of 50.00 per person is charged for more than 2 people in a room.
How can we pay for our B&B stay?
We accept Visa, M/C, Amex and Discover, along with cash and e transfer.
Do we have to pay for our B&B stay in advance?
If you are booking directly with us or through our reservation system, we only take your CC information to guarantee your reservation. We do not take any payment in advance. IF you are booking through a third-party site such as Hotels.com or Expedia (we have no control over the information they provide nor do they provide enough information to us), we take a one night non refundable deposit on any stay booked through their platforms.
Can I pay a different way once I arrive?
Yes, if you have secured your room with Credit card information and wish to pay cash or with a different card. If you have booked more than one room or wish to divide the room rate with another person(s) this can all be done once you have arrived.
Are there any additional fees to the room rate?
There are no additional fees. You only pay the posted room rate in the confirmation for your stay, plus the required taxes that we have to charge- 5% GST and 8% PST
Do you accept children at your B&B?
Our insurance stipulates that we can take children over 8 years old as we don’t have all the required safety measures required by our insurance provider for younger children. Many of these are cost prohibitive to adhere to.
Is your B&B Pet Friendly?
Yes, we do take well behaved dogs in our Okanagan Suite only. Dogs are required to be leashed and in the owner’s control at all times. There is a pet fee for each stay.
Do you own pets at your B&B?
Yes, we have well behaved, trained dogs, that are absolutely not allowed in the B&B areas of our home.
Do you have free parking?
We have free off street car parking in front of our B&B and in our driveway. We can accommodate larger vehicles if needed or if cars are towing boats or small trailers.
What time can we check in?
Our Guest Welcome Time is from 4-7 pm. If you need to arrive at a later time, we do try our best to accommodate late arrivals. Early check ins are not always available, but if you specifically need a much earlier check in there is a 25.00 fee to have your suite ready.
What time is check out?
During high season our checkout time is strictly 1030-1100.
What if you have to cancel or change your reservation?
Cancellations are free of charge up to 5 days in advance, within the 5 days there is a 80.00 admin fee. Please refer to our cancellation policy page for more information. If you have booked through a third-party site, the one-night deposit is non refundable, but the date(s) of your reservation can be changed at no charge.
What time is breakfast available?
We serve breakfast from 730-930 am at your choice of times. We can also offer a continental breakfast at 7am, or a breakfast to go bag from 6am.
What options are there for dietary issues?
We are happy to make your breakfast with any dietary issues you may have, or require, just as long as you share that with us in advance.
Can we walk to restaurants or wineries?
We are within a 3-10-minute walk to a handful of wineries and a couple of restaurants. Several other wineries and restaurants are within a 20–25-minute walk, along a grocery store, pharmacy and bakery. Are taxis or transit available?
West Kelowna Cabs and Uber are available as well as there is a fast bus transit stop to/from Kelowna nearby.
What is your smoking policy?
There is no smoking inside our B&B or B&B Suites. We do allow smoking outside only in our garden, gazebo, patio and deck areas. We just ask guests to be courteous about it, if there are other guests as well in these areas.
