Reservation and Cancellation Policy

To process your reservation, we are required to obtain certain information to comply with the Hotel Guest Registration Act and to comply with the terms as set by our credit card agreement.

Your information is kept strictly confidential.

Any other information we ask for is solely to assist us in making sure that your stay at our B&B is to your expectations.

A Credit card with expiration date is required to make a reservation. No Exceptions. This will guarantee your reservation.

A 24 hour courtesy hold may be used to make a reservation to facilitate holiday planning or for out-of-country inquiries. Without a call back within 24 hours with credit card information, the reservation becomes null and void.

Cancellations may be made free of charge up to 5 days* before the reservation date. Cancellations made within 5 days of the reservation are subject to a $50.00 booking service fee for each reservation. This will be charged to the credit card used for the reservation.

A one night deposit in advance will be required on all reservations for 4 nights or more, all reservations where all three rooms are being booked at the same time for any date(s), and all reservations for weddings parties or honeymoons. This will be a non refundable deposit if any cancellation is made within 5 days.

Cancellations made on the day of your reservation are charged at 100% of the guaranteed reservation rate for one night to the credit card used to hold the reservation. If the reservation is for multiple nights,any remaining nights are considered null and void.

Failure to call and cancel any reservation will result in 100% of the guaranteed reservation rate for one night charged to the credit card used to make the reservation. If the reservation is for multiple nights, any remaining nights are considered null and void.

Check in time is between 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m only, unless prior arrangements have been made. We can arrange an early check in for you to drop off your bags and pick up a key. However, if you require the room to be ready for your use prior to 3 p.m., an additional $20.00 will apply to the room rate.
Check out time is 10:30 a.m. during peak season only.

There will be a $40.00 key fee charged to the credit card used to make the reservation if you fail to return or lose your room key.

For those guests travelling with their canine companion, we offer one suite that is dog friendly. A charge of $10-$35 will apply depending on the size of dog and length of stay.
Please do not ask to bring any other animals.
