Nestled amongst the wineries, we are located in Lakeview Heights in West Kelowna in a quiet, country-like setting. Enjoy our captivating views of Lake Okanagan, mountains and vineyards. Our beautifully detailed private queen bed suites offer a restful stay for any traveler, yet have all the comforts of home for those wishing to enjoy a Bed and Breakfast getaway in the beautiful Okanagan Valley.

Whether it is for a restful one night stopover on your tour of beautiful British Columbia or a getaway to enjoy the Okanagan sunshine, beaches, wineries or golf, we would be delighted to accommodate you.

The heart of downtown Kelowna is just a short drive away. There you can enjoy fabulous fine dining, cafés and a mix of ethnic restaurants. Take a stroll along the boardwalk and city park or hike and enjoy the views from Knox Mountain. There is lots to do! Museums and galleries, theatres, concerts and sporting events along with many boutiques and shops.

For those looking for more adventure, you can find many activities close by to our B&B – golf courses, horseback riding, boat and water sport rentals, tennis courts, scenic hiking trails and endless beautiful beaches. Hike the Myra Canyon Trestles, visit Bear Creek Provincial Park, the Historic Gellatly Nut Farm, take an orchard tour, visit a lavender farm, a goat cheese farm or the Kelowna Farmers' Market.

Or maybe you just want to sit back, relax and enjoy the view! Sit out on our private deck in our beautiful English garden, the sunny patio, or the quiet of the gazebo. Enjoy a glass of wine, read a book, have a picnic, or join us for some great conversation.

We are located minutes away from Kelowna's Westside wineries: Mission Hill, Quails' Gate, Mt. Boucherie Estate, Volcanic Hills, Rollingdale, Beaumont Family Estate, Kalala Organic Estate and our neighbour's Little Straw Vineyards where you can walk down the road for a complimentary wine tasting.

Your hosts Sue and Dann Willis welcome you into their enchanting home year round and enjoy visiting with their guests from around the world.

To make your memorable stay complete we are delighted to serve you a delicious homemade breakfast featuring signature egg dishes, homemade fruit scones, our own blend of gourmet coffee, a selection of English teas, fresh juices, and our famous local Okanagan fruit which is picked from our own trees in season. European and continental breakfasts are also available and we can accommodate anyone with any special dietary needs.
